The Law on Public Officers and Election Law

This volume, which is now on its eight edition, is the continuation of another work by the authors entitled “Administrative Law: Text and Cases.” It follows substantially the same method of presentation, particularly in the arrangement and discussion of topics and the use of decided cases to illustrate legal rules and principles.

The Law on Public Officers and Election Law are now taken up separately as elective courses in the law schools under the new curriculum. Those in the public service will find this modest work a very useful reference.
